		<description>If he is nine years old then he is old enough to make his mind about certain things.  even which parent he wants to live with.  maybe you should arrange a meeting with both parents and his wife and your son.  and just lay all the cards out on the table where everyone can hear and see (so that there is no back and fourth going on).  she (his wife) needs to understand that she doesn&#039;t have a say in your son&#039;s life or even how your son is raised (not unless the parents agree to it to some degree).  maybe you can get your son to say who he wants to live with and why.</description>

		<description>yes, its true about that age, but  maybe if your son talks to his dad maybe he can convince his dad that he wants to stay with you, but anyways at age 12 he can choose good luck!</description>
