There are more than a few ways to pamper your pet. If you have a dog who likes the life of luxury, you can take part of a whole industry devoted to providing it with all the things it wants in life. If you are coming up short on ideas, though, here are a few to spur on your imagination.

Clothes for dogs are just one example of the overall field of canine luxury that has opened up in years past. You can find all kinds of things, and not just sweaters. You can have your pup wear pumps if you wish. You can have it wear knickers and a satin gown. Go hog wild.

If you aren’t the type of person who wants to buy their pup a new outfit for every occasion, there is a line of products that are reserved just for the special events in your doggie’s life.

You can get anything from doggie tuxedos to canine ball gowns. And they don’t skimp on the materials either. Your pet can step out in style whether it’s spring or the middle of winter.

There are all sorts of luxury beauty supplies for your pet too. From shampoo to conditioner and comb in products, if you can dream it you can buy it. There is a such a thing as nail polish for dogs, believe it or not. And it isn’t just wealthy childless women buying these things. They are popular.

If your dog likes to come home smelling of dirt and such, you can always use the kinds of perfumes and other products that are available from markets. Like people products, they come in all varieties.

When you want to head out of town, you can fork over cash for a kennel or you can put Fluffy up in a five-star pet hotel. They do exist in certain cities, and they will give your pet the best time of their lives, no questions asked.

Be forewarned, your pet may not want to leave one of these hotels. They provide everything from grooming to exercise in an environment not unlike human resorts. They have spas and grooming centers, activity areas for working off the steam, and great locations for relaxing by a pool.
